Hi, I’m Adria, and welcome to Blueprint Wellness Studio -- a place to build a clear, personalized approach to fitness. I created Blueprint Wellness Studio to help people find what truly works for them, whether through hands-on personal training or fitness coaching that builds lasting habits and consistency.
I believe that being and staying fit is achievable for everyone, and that lasting success starts with a strong foundation and a realistic plan, hence, your personal blueprint. As a certified personal trainer and National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), I work with people of all ages and fitness levels to build strength, confidence, and enjoyment in movement.
