About Me

Fitness and movement have always been part of my life. Growing up, my family stayed active year-round whether it was hiking, skiing, cycling, or whatever physical work the season required. I was also a competitive swimmer in my youth, and that desire to stay active continued through college and adulthood. While I wouldn’t consider myself an athlete, I do consider myself someone who enjoys fitness. When I spend too much time away from the gym, I feel it.

Although I enjoy outdoor activities, I found my personal fitness formula in the gym. In the summer of 2001, I picked up my first issue of Muscle & Fitness Hers and discovered strength training. I quickly fell in love with lifting weights and the confidence it gave me. Strength training helped me maintain my health and energy without spending hours on cardio, which never held my interest. Over time, I experimented with exercises, tracked my routines, and built a strong foundation that continues to support me today.

That foundation proved especially valuable during pregnancy and while raising three active children. Strength training gave me the physical resilience to keep up with the demands of everyday life and continues to do so today.

After more than 15 years working in corporate marketing, I transitioned into the health and fitness field to focus on what I care most about: helping others build strength and confidence through meaningful movement.

Today, as a certified personal trainer and National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, I work with people of all ages and fitness levels to help them build strength, move better, and find a sustainable approach to fitness that fits their lives.

It’s a privilege to help others discover their personal fitness formula and make movement a natural and rewarding part of everyday life.

The Full Story

Blueprint Wellness Studio was created from the belief that fitness should be personal, practical, and achievable for everyone. The inception of the 'studio' was inspired by a desire to create a space where individuals can develop a clear, realistic approach to fitness whether through hands-on personal training or coaching that builds lasting habits and consistency.

 

At the core of the Blueprint approach is the idea that lasting progress comes from building a strong foundation. Rather than quick fixes or one-size-fits-all programs, I focus on personalized plans that help you build strength, move better, and create routines that fit you.

 

At Blueprint Wellness Studio, the goal is to help you find your personal formula for fitness; a sustainable approach to strength and movement that aligns with your goals and lifestyle. Through personalized coaching and training, I support clients in building awareness, consistency, and confidence so fitness becomes a lasting and rewarding part of everyday life.
