Custom Fitness Program

A fully customized and personalized program designed around your goals, fitness level, experience, and lifestyle. You'll receive a clear, structured plan to follow independently and with confidence.

Price: $225 per program

Includes: 

- 1 x 60-minute deep-dive conversation

- A custom fitness plan that's tailored to YOU

- 30-minute follow-up to ensure you feel confident with your custom program

Coaching + Custom Fitness Program

Combine personalized coaching with a custom fitness plan for the guidance, accountability, and structure you need to build lasting habits. You'll receive tailored support for your health and wellness goals along with a 4-week training program designed specifically for your fitness level, goals, lifestyle, and available equipment.

Price: $475

At-Home Personal Training

Train in the comfort and privacy of your own home with a program built around your goals, fitness level, and available equipment. Each session is personalized, convenient, and designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and stay consistent.

Price: $85 per session

One-on-One Coaching

A personalized coaching program that is designed to help you build sustainable habits and make meaningful progress toward your health and wellness goals. Whether you're looking to improve your sleep, nutrition, establish a consistent fitness routine, boost your energy, manage stress, or create healthier lifestyle habits, each session is tailored to your unique needs, goals, and challenges.

Price: $295 per program

Includes: 

- 1 x 60-minute deep-dive conversation to explore your specific goals toward improved health

- 3 x 30-minute huddles to review progress, help you stay accountable, overcome obstacles, and adjust accordingly

- A personalized action plan with guidance tailored to your goals

- Email and text support in between huddles

- Curated educational resources to support you along the way

Strength Training Fundamentals

Learn the essential techniques for safe, effective strength training. This session covers proper form, exercise selection, movement patterns, and practical tips to help you build confidence, prevent injury, and get the most from your workouts.
