At Blueprint Wellness Studio, I am committed to providing you with the highest quality health coaching services. To ensure clarity and understanding, please review the following payment terms:

1. Payment Agreement: Clients are required to pay for services based on the terms outlined in their Coaching Agreement or the payment plan discussed at the time of booking. This may include options such as paid in full, monthly payment, per session payment, or bi-weekly payment.

2. Due Dates: Payments are due according to the schedule agreed upon. Unless otherwise specified, payment for services is expected within 48 hours of the session or as specified in a payment plan. Any outstanding payment must be made before subsequent sessions.

3. Accepted Payment Methods: Payments can be made via Venmo, PayPal, or check. All transactions will be processed securely.

4. Late Payments: If a payment is not received by the due date, a 10% late fee may be applied to the outstanding balance. Continued late payments may result in suspension of services until the balance is paid in full.

5. Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations or rescheduling of sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges. Refunds for prepaid sessions or packages may not be provided, except in cases where the health coach cannot fulfill services due to unforeseen circumstances. Refund eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

6. Non-Transferability: Payments made for services are non-transferable. Sessions or packages purchased are intended for the client named in the agreement and cannot be transferred to others.

At Blueprint Wellness Studio, we understand that life can be unpredictable. However, to ensure that I provide the best service to all clients, I ask that you please adhere to the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, I kindly request at least 24 hours' notice. This allows me to offer the time slot to another client who may need it.

2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% fee of the session cost. This fee is necessary to cover the time reserved for your session.

3. No-Show Policy: If you miss your scheduled appointment without providing any notice, a full session fee will be charged.

4. Emergencies: I understand that emergencies can happen. If there is an unavoidable situation, please reach out as soon as possible, and I will work with you to find a solution.

By booking a session with me, you agree to these terms. I appreciate your understanding and commitment to respecting the time and energy we dedicate to your health and well-being.

We understand the importance of privacy in the coaching relationship, and we will not disclose any personal details, goals, or discussions without your explicit consent, unless required by law. Your confidentiality is paramount to us, and we are dedicated to maintaining your privacy throughout the coaching process.

However, there are three situations where it may be necessary for us to share certain information with others:

When there is a clear indication that someone may be harmed.

If there is a serious threat to your ow health or safety, or that of others.

If your coach has reasonable cause to suspect the potential of harm to children.
