The 4-Week Blueprint is not a cookie-cutter program, it’s a truly personalized training plan built just for you. Every session is designed around your unique goals, fitness level, experience, and the equipment you have available (plus recommendations for any extras that could help).
We start with a 60-minute consultation to learn about your movement history, lifestyle, and what interests you. From there, I create a detailed 4-week plan that incorporates strength, mobility, and cardio -- structured so you can follow it confidently at home or in the gym.
A 30–45-minute follow-up session ensures you understand the plan and allows for any adjustments to make it work seamlessly in your life. Unlike generic programs that are one-size-fits-all, the 4-Week Blueprint is designed specifically for you: your body, your goals, and your lifestyle.
