At-Home Personal Training

Get stronger, move better, and build confidence with custom training programs designed to match your goals, no matter where you’re starting from. Effective, no-nonsense workouts for real, lasting results.

Take your fitness to the next level without leaving your home. Each 50–60 minute session is fully personalized to your goals, fitness level, and available equipment. Plus, I bring some of my own tools to make every session effective and adaptable.

With hands-on guidance, form correction, and accountability built in, your session will focus on practical strategies for strength, mobility, and movement that work for you. No gimmicks, no unnecessary complexity, just a clear, no-nonsense approach to getting stronger, moving better, and feeling confident in your body.

At $85 per session, you can book as needed, with every workout tailored to your space, your equipment, and your unique goals.

Travel & Equipment Notes

  • In-home training is currently available within Concord, MA and the surrounding areas including Maynard, Sudbury, Acton, Carlisle, Bedford, Lincoln, Wayland, and more. 

  • Travel beyond 15 miles may include an additional fee (discussed during consultation).

  • Minimal equipment? No problem. I'll build your workout with what you have -- whether it's a full home gym or just a mat and some open space. I can also suggest affordable equipment if you’re interested.

  • You can share sessions with a spouse, roommate, or friend at no extra cost as long as your goals are aligned and the space allows.
