Travel & Equipment Notes

In-home training is currently available within the Concord, MA area (Maynard, Sudbury, Acton, Carlisle, Bedford, Lincoln, Wayland, and more).

Travel beyond 15 miles may include a small additional fee (discussed during consult).

Minimal equipment? No problem. I'll build your workout with what you have whether that’s a full home gym or just a mat and some open space. I can also suggest affordable equipment if you’re interested.

You can share sessions with a spouse, roommate, or friend at no extra cost as long as your goals are aligned and the space allows.
