The Fitness Blueprint is a guided 12-session coaching experience designed to help you discover your personal fitness formula --- the unique combination of motivation, preferences, and structure that makes exercise sustainable, enjoyable, and a natural part of your life.

12 Sessions | 12-24 Weeks

  • 1 x 60–90-minute Fitness Blueprint Intensive (Session 1)

  • 11 x 30-minute coaching sessions (weekly or bi-weekly)

  • Your own personalized Fitness Blueprint after each session to stay on track

  • Strategies for habits, scheduling, and motivation

  • Support and guidance to test and refine your personal formula for fitness

  • A roadmap for long-term, sustainable movement

Flexible Payment Options:

  • 2 payments: $440 / $435

  • 3 payments: $300 / $300 / $300

 

This is not a standard training program. This is a guided process to uncover your unique and personal formula for fitness and build a sustainable, enjoyable movement practice into your life.

Session 1: The Fitness Blueprint Intensive

We begin with a deep dive to find your personal fitness formula:

  • Explore your fitness history, patterns, and barriers

  • Identify your true motivation(s) & your “why”

  • Discover exercise preferences 

  • Map your ideal movement structure and weekly rhythm

 

Outcome: You leave Session 1 with clarity, direction, and a personal strategy designed for you, not a generic plan.

Sessions 2-4: Clarity in Action

Put your Fitness Formula into practice.

  • Implement your initial structure

  • Test and explore movement types, intensity, and rhythm

  • Adjust based on what energizes you and what drains you

  • Begin building consistent habits

 

Outcome: Your fitness formula comes to life.

Sessions 5-8: Integration

Install movement into your life seamlessly.

  • Build habits that stick

  • Remove friction and obstacles

  • Strengthen identity around being someone who moves

  • Layer in progressive structure where appropriate

 

Outcome: Consistency becomes natural and automatic.

Sessions 9-12: Ownership

Take full control of your fitness journey.

  • Plan for busy seasons and life changes

  • Strengthen self-accountability

  • Refine structure and progression

  • Create a long-term roadmap to maintain your Fitness Formula
